Getting slightly annoyed now. I have been unable to access my BT Bill (Home) for the last 8 days. It may have been broken for even longer. I only checked because I got an email reminder that my bill was now available.
The online adviser just told me “they were aware of the issue”.
My bill is paid via Direct Debit. So if they take payment without notifying me of how much I owe I am pretty sure that is against the DDB Guarantee and I can reverse it. However no doubt they will just cut me off.
I am amazed how this “technical fault” can go on for so long!
